🕒 3:00 PM | Remembering Kiran Mishra 🕊️

A warm welcome from the GDG Cloud Kolkata organising team. Tribute to sharing memories, acknowledging Kiran's invaluable contributions, and honouring her constant efforts to uplift the local tech community. A safe space for community members to share brief, fond memories of Kiran.

🕒 3:30 PM | Hackathon Briefing: "Building for the Community"

Aligning our coding efforts to reflect Kiran’s passion for community building and problem-solving. Group up to 4 members for the hackathon. Explaining the "vibe coding" concept and the specific problem statements focused on local community impact.

🕒 4:00 PM | The Memorial Hackathon Sprint 💻

Two and a half hours of dedicated building, coding, and brainstorming. Combining technology with a supportive, collaborative atmosphere in Kiran's honour. A reminder that the snack station remains open for breaks and networking.

🕒 6:30 PM | Project Showcase & Reflection 💡

Teams will briefly showcase what they built or brainstormed during the sprint. Emphasising how these ideas can help strengthen the tech ecosystem, continuing Kiran's legacy. (Note: This is a collaborative showcase, not a fierce competition.)

🕒 7:00 PM | Final Project Selections & Moving Forward Together 🤝

Wrapping up the event with gratitude, we will be selecting the top 5 projects for submission to the Google Cloud team for further events. Teams will receive honours and prizes (these will be disclosed on the day of the event). Capturing our strong, united community, leaving with renewed inspiration to keep building the Kolkata tech scene in her honour.
