Cancellation & Refund Policy

Smolify Pvt. Ltd. strives to provide a seamless ticketing experience for our exclusive events. Because we operate as a marketplace for independent organizers, our refund policies are strict to protect the integrity of the planning process.

1. Attendee Cancellations

  • Standard Policy: Tickets purchased via Antiviral are strictly non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific Event Page by the organizer.
  • Platform Convenience Fees: The 5% platform convenience fee charged by Smolify Pvt. Ltd. is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Event Cancellations by Host

If an event is cancelled by the host, attendees are entitled to a refund of the base ticket price. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days following the cancellation announcement.

3. Host Approval Rejections

If a guest purchases a ticket for a "Requires Approval" event, and the host subsequently rejects the RSVP, a full refund (including convenience fees) will be automatically initiated to the user's payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Contact for Disputes

If you believe you were wrongfully charged or an event was fraudulently represented, please contact our team within 48 hours of the event's scheduled date at events@antiviral.social.
