1. Platform Use

Antiviral is a curated sanctuary. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards algorithmic engagement-bait, vulgarity, and harassment. Smolify Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to ban users and revoke event access without prior warning if these standards are violated.

2. Ticketing and Payments

Smolify Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as a platform provider. For paid events, Antiviral applies a standard 5% convenience fee to the base ticket price. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these charges. Organizers are independently responsible for the execution, quality, and delivery of their respective events.

3. User Liability

Attendees assume all risks associated with attending local events listed on Antiviral. Smolify Pvt. Ltd. does not verify the safety of private venues and holds no liability for personal injury, loss, or damages incurred during an event.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
