📢 Important Notice

Please read the following carefully for the event:

⚠️ RSVP and Attendance Policy

Because this is a limited-capacity, selective event, managing seat availability is crucial to ensure that interested developers do not miss out.

• Cancel Your RSVP if Plans Change: If you are no longer planning or able to attend, please cancel your RSVP immediately. This allows us to reallocate your seat to someone on the waitlist.
• Prior No-Show Policy: As you may have noticed during the selection process, applicants who RSVP'd to our past events but did not attend (without prior cancellation) were not accepted for this event.
• Impact on Future Events: This RSVP verification process will be strictly enforced for all future flagship events hosted by Machine Learning Kolkata. Failing to attend a confirmed event without cancelling beforehand will impact your selection for subsequent events.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a fair and organized registration process for the local developer community.

📢 Important Notice

Please read the following update regarding the upcoming event:

⚠️ Event Postponement Notice

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the upcoming event is currently under reconsideration by our organizing team and will most likely be postponed.

• Status Updates: Official updates regarding the postponement and revised schedule will be posted on the event website.
• Apology for Inconvenience: We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disruption this change may cause to your schedule.
• Next Steps: Further details regarding rescheduled dates and registration details will be communicated via our website and official channels as soon as they are finalized.

Thank you for your patience and ongoing support as Machine Learning Kolkata works to resolve these circumstances.

⚠️ Important RSVP Update: Please Read Carefully ⚠️

We’ve noticed several inquiries regarding event perks. To set clear expectations, please note:

❌ NO Certificates will be provided.
❌ NO Swags/Goodies will be distributed.
🥪 Food will be very basic.

This event is strictly for developers passionate about learning, networking, and technical growth. If your primary goal is receiving freebies or certificates, we strongly request that you CANCEL your RSVP immediately.

🚨 No-Show Warning: If you keep your RSVP but fail to attend, your Event Reliability Score will decrease. This will negatively affect your chances of being accepted into all future ML Kolkata and GDG events. Please free up the seat for a genuine learner.

Looking forward to hosting true tech enthusiasts!
