Because this is a limited-capacity, selective event, managing seat availability is crucial to ensure that interested developers do not miss out.

• Cancel Your RSVP if Plans Change: If you are no longer planning or able to attend, please cancel your RSVP immediately. This allows us to reallocate your seat to someone on the waitlist.
• Prior No-Show Policy: As you may have noticed during the selection process, applicants who RSVP'd to our past events but did not attend (without prior cancellation) were not accepted for this event.
• Impact on Future Events: This RSVP verification process will be strictly enforced for all future flagship events hosted by Machine Learning Kolkata. Failing to attend a confirmed event without cancelling beforehand will impact your selection for subsequent events.

🚨 No-Show Warning: If you keep your RSVP but fail to attend, your Event Reliability Score will decrease. This will negatively affect your chances of being accepted into all future ML Kolkata and GDG events. Please free up the seat for a genuine learner.
